Muhurat, the fifth skandha, deals with finding out the auspicOUS moment for doing any work based on nakshatra, tithi, vaar ete. and related to the natal as well as transit position of panets. Prashna Kundali, the sixth skandha, deals with the casting of horoscopes Tor the time of query, event or thought, and forms the subj matter of this book. No skandha can be dealt with in isolation.

The basis of Prashna
The birth chart is constructed for the precise moment of birth of a child. Similarly, the prashna kundali (Chart) is constructed for the moment when the querist approaches the astrologer for knowing his future.
